Beaminster Museum is the local history museum for Beaminster and the surrounding villages.

Its collection highlights historic local families and displays objects and images associated with local trades and schools. In particular it houses a fine collection of agricultural tools and a working church turret clock. It also provides a reference section containing books and audio-visual materials relating to the local area.

There is a Bee Trail and other activities, such as an energetic hunt-the-answer computer game, for younger visitors.
