Our purpose is to increase understanding and appreciation of the use and significance of plastics in design during the 20th and 21st centuries. MoDiP has a changing programme of three exhibitions per year drawn from its extensive collections.

The plastics collection forms the basis of a specialist research resource offered by the Arts University College at Bournemouth.
