Red House Museum & Garden(s)

Built as a workhouse in 1764, the Georgian building is now filled with a rich variety of displays and objects with a local theme. There’s also a changing programmeof temporary exhibitions, ranging from major shows to local arts and crafts.

The well-tended gardens contain many historic flowers and plants and there’s a walled herb garden and woodland walk for visitors to enjoy.
